The Turks just fcked up- they made a "wrong invation" ..I was publishing roumus in 1974 that big quantities of oil and gas is outside Kerynia waters.
they came to secure the incomes but -we -as always- fkjd them and we annoucned that the oil is in South areas. Now - and because of the coplexicity when they are loosing a game , Turks announcing the Pharao "IstanbuL Canal". Tks God !!!they are going to build it when Greeks Time is comes ..(you know -the historical circle) -then we can finally get a project paid by Turks (first time in History) ready to be used for our benefit.

What?

irony; like a Greek tragedy, now oil the issue, they build (and pay for) a waterwork, the Problem finds a solution, where Cypriots are free, and Turkey shares while getting no benefit.

lol, very good EPSILON allow me to call you Mr. E, respectfully.

cheers!

Gas Reserves Latest.

A CABINET decision has paved the way for speeding up the process to start drilling for hydrocarbons in Cyprus’ Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) before the end of the year, said Commerce Minister Antonis Paschalides yesterday. Cabinet took the decision on Friday, authorising Paschalides to free Texas-based company Noble Energy from its obligation to hold a lengthy tender process for the supply of equipment to begin drilling for natural gas. Noble has a concession to explore for hydrocarbons in an offshore field south-east of Cyprus. Bypassing the tender process allows Noble to make use of drilling equipment currently being utilised in Israel’s EEZ, which could be made available in August, opening the way for drilling to start in Cypriot waters as early as September.

Things moving along nicely by the looks of it.

Big expenses for Turkish navy to be prepared for the case.-Huge amounts to be lost in Eastern Mediterranean after the Turkish navy fleet will discover the secret behind the Gas/oil defence tools.Political and ..other secrets.

Who was the lauphing party /side in the case of S300? Are they are still lauphing? -particularly the Turks pilots -are still lauphing in their holidays in Aegean sea?

Drilling for gas to start "by the end of the year":

Hopes climb on gas deal

Meetings between the government and Noble Energy representatives yesterday ended on a high note with talk of getting results on drilling for natural gas by the end of the year.
President Demetris Christofias yesterday received at the Presidential Palace a delegation from the Texas-based company, headed by its Vice-President Rodney Cook. Earlier in the day the American delegation met with Commerce Minister Antonis Paschalides and others.
Noble has a concession to explore for hydrocarbons in an offshore field south-east of Cyprus, known as Block 12.
Speaking after the meeting with Christofias, Cook said his team had a round of “great meetings” in Cyprus, culminating in an “excellent meeting” with the president.
“We have informed him of the upcoming well to be drilled with a target date of no later than the end of this year... The president pledged his support as well as that of the minister and his group and we look forward to that.
“We have also discussed beyond the drilling of the well how we would monetise gas upon discovery and cooperation with that. As we move forward we would hope to have results of the first well by the end of this year,” said Cook.
