Rum Akademisyen Kostas Mavridis, Rum gençlere, “Annenize babanıza, Mal Tazmin Komisyonu’na başvurmamalarını söyleyin; babalarımızın ve dedelerimizin dişiyle ve tırnağıyla size verdiği toprak Türkiye’ye devrediliyor” dedi.
Güney Kıbrıs’taki lise ve teknik okullardan, Girne kökenli yaklaşık 400 Rum öğrencinin katılımıyla, dün, Eğlence’de, “Girneli Gençler, İkinci Kuşak Göçmenler, Kimlik ve Beklentiler Paneli” düzenlendi.
Simerini gazetesi, haberinde, Girne kökenli Rum öğrenciler arasındaki bağları güçlendirmeyi hedefleyen panelde, Rum Akademisyen Kostas Mavridis’in yapmış olduğu konuşmayı öne çıkardı.
Habere göre Mavridis, şöyle konuştu:
“Birisi işgal bölgelerindeki komisyona (Taşınmaz Mal Komisyonu), sahip olduğu taşınmazın tapusunu verdiği zaman, hukuki açıdan tapu ve dolayısıyla da babalarımızın ve dedelerimizin dişiyle ve tırnağıyla size verdiği toprak Türkiye’ye devrediliyor. Bu nedenle, eve gittiğiniz zaman babanıza ve annenize tapuları görmek istediğinizi söyleyin ve kimse işgal bölgelerindeki komisyona gitmesin deyin. Eğer size paraya ihtiyaçları olduğu için, sizin eğitiminiz için taşınmazı komisyona satacaklarını söylerlerse, onlara aklınızla Girne için eğitim görme yöntemleri bulacağınızı ve böyle kirli paraları istemediğinizi söyleyin. Onlara ayrıca, bu taşınmazları sizin adınıza devretmesini isteyin ve taşınmazla ilgili ne yapacağınıza siz karar verin.”

to a point however there have been issues latley that g/c have withdrawn their application or even not excpeted the verdict and are going back to the echr
