Why is it not an important bargining chip? I think its very important and if the GCs are prepared to offer direct trade for it then its important. If we think rationally then with no solution in sight why shouldnt the TCs open up the town for investment and re-habitation. Im not being cynical but very serious maybe we can even have GCs returning to live with us.
