Would you give us recognition? how do you expect us to just throw away a major advantage? just as you will never give us recognition we will not return one inch of land until a solution is found. Why let this most beautiful area of Cyprus just remain unused, when the talks break down I think the TCs should go forward and open the area up for vital works to rebuild this city back to its former glory and wealth.

But you have recognition already as citizens of the ROC.I wouldnt call holding on to a eye soar of a ghost town a major advantage. If you dont return Varosia to its owners then you will get trade rights when a solution is found. The t/c VP IM afraid are not going anywere.again if turkey wants to show that she is a regional superpower and wants to be on the world stage she should show goodwill and return varosia.[/quote]

If Turkey's goal is to end the negotiations, end its EU ambitions, open itself up to endless litigation, plunge its relations with the EU into freefall and seal the fate of the T/Cs in the north, then I think they should go for it.

I know Erdogan is a dumbass. But he's not as dumb as Viewpoint and BirkTurk seem to think he is.

Watch and learn the Turkish businessmen as all eager to get their hands on Maras, it will generate a great deal of investment and wealth.

Did you hear? In a last-ditch effort to save CRATOS, Turkish businessmen decided to rename it to "CRATOS" to better reflect realities.

Putting a word inside inverted commas does not mean you have renamed it. It's still called CRATOS, with or without inverted commas. Inverted commas can be used to convey irony, which I think is your intent, but this is not the same as renaming.
English. It's a language. Use it properly or stick to "chicken scratch" (Greek).
