Nothing at all will change, the area will be swamped by Turkish contractors afer redevelopment work.

That's a lousy approach, guaranteed to cause more ill-feeling and mistrust-or is that what you prefer???
I'm glad many Turkish Cypriots do not see things your way about Varosha though!

What difference does it make? we will never find a solution things have to move on and we have to take our own path...3 years of "talks" must tell you something, we cannot be that stupid.

How can Turkey move on without a solution? Where will it go?

Along the same path it is on right now, look Turkey is not European nor should it try to be, it is a middle eastern country with a 80 million Muslim population, they do not want to be "European" it is only the perspective they are after to keep foreign investors rolling in. With the worlds 16th largest and fastest growing economies it appears to being doing well without entering the EU. Your EU leverage is just hot air, in 7 years what has your precious EU been able to make Turkey do?

And where do you think those foreign investors will go once Turkey's EU accession stops?
