What exactly would we export to boost our economy? you are trying to get a lot for very little, now direct flights and a boost to our tourism would be another matter.

Boulio you are a good poster and smart, but saying that returning maras for the opening up of Famagusta port is a fair deal is non sensical.

I would rather see Maras returned just in the name of goodwill rather than horse trading for opening of famagusta port something that will have no/very little effect on the TC economy, yet the GCs will feel that they compromised to get Maras. If you want to do this for direct flights and the opening of the port then ok we can talk.

If he offered it in good will then he would have wanted nothing in exchange.... in fact he could have at least offered that the port was opened and be under the administration of both the TCs and GCs, this would have put the onus on us to reciprocate.
