I wonder if there is anyone who could help me ? I have a few general questions on buying some stuff in Cyprus.

Tell me if I order on Marc & Spencer's website , do they deliver in Cyprus like clothes and stuff , if so do I pay customs?
That goes for the Amazon website too??
Which is the best place, and reasonable prices to buy like Fridge, washing machine, TV and Tumble drier?
Also somewhere for a nice soft leather lounge sweet....soft armrest .

And what you think is the average prices for these item .

Thank you very much if you reply : just trying to do some home work before we arrive !!
Marks and Spencers have 12 Stores in the RoC, stock is usually the same (As UK), but 15 - 20 % more expensive

Just seen this. Just so you are aware, there are different franchise owners for Marks & Spencers. Limassol franchise is different to Nicosia franchise. Though the branches advise what other branches have, its only within their franchise. Nicosia can't tell you if Limassol have a specific item. Crazy, unhelpful and a pain in the arse.
Cheers for that.
Crazy, unhelpful and a pain in the arse, isn't that 90% of the retail staff in Cyprus?

No, 90% is more like the percentage of Brits who like to moan about everything ;)

M&S will ship overseas but you cannot order on line for any country with a franchise, eg Cyprus: they will ship to Cyprus for certain items ordered/paid for in store at some but not all UK stores . Therefore find someone who can visit one of these UK stores otherwise find a friend or relative in the UK to ship too, for them to ship on.

Local prices at M&S are normally at least 15% more expensive, often a lot more. Range in some stores can be limited - best one is off Athalassia Avenue in Nicosia.

Amazon UK will ship here - shipping costs are reasonable.

However if you are ordering on line why restrict yourself to UK based shops? We have ordered from France, USA, and Australia, amongst other places

Anything ordered tax/duty paid from an EU state should not attract any tax or duty. However anything from outside the EU is at risk of attrcting tax and duty, particularly if over USD 50 in value, incl postage.
