Greece is foreign to you, not to us. This island as it is now is not free. 1/3rd of it is ruled by Turks and 2 other parts are ruled by the British. Of course YOU are happy with this. We are not. We would rather have a true freedom as they have in Crete, Rhodes and all other Greek islands, which are free from Turks, British and any other foreign imperialists.

But you conveniently forget Cyprus is not a Greek island never was never will be.

You conveniently forget that you are a foreigner and you couldn't possibly know what our island is.

Thats where you are wrong I am 100% native I have just as much right to this island as you do....and you will never make it a Greek island or part of Greece, we stopped you before and will continue to do so.

yes but we managed to join greece (and all the other european countries) and make it an eu island... u never stopped that, nor can u reverse it...

But you are not Greece, never will be you moron.

I was born here, just like my ancestors going back 1000s of years.

During our history we've seen many foreign invaders such as yourself who wanted to impose on us their rule by force. You are nothing new.

Of course it does not matter if the Souliotisses did not speak Greek and the Peloponnese was inhabited by orthodox Albanians. It makes no difference to me whatsoever and you probably have gathered by now that I am an ardent internationalist and only distinguish people by the degree of goodness they project.

My comments, as I said earlier, target the likes of Yialousa and the rest of the sick nationalists that infest this forum. However, you did well to spot my contradiction. Perhaps I used the word “mythical” in the Greek sense, meaning “epical” rather than fiction as the word mythical implies. The women that fell off the cliff by their own volition were of Albanian origin and this is fine by me, but it is a stake in the heart for nationalists.

Well, Bananiot, because Zalongo is in Epirus, and Epirus borders Albania, I'm open to considering the notion that the Souliotisses were Albanian. However, would you kindly refer me to at least three credible sources that support this claim and especially the claim that the Peloponnisos was inhabited by Albanians. I've suddenly found myself in a big time identity crisis. :D

Basically, I couldn't care less whether or not they spoke Albanian. Geographically, they are near Albania, so it would make sense. They could even be Chinese for all I care.

He is just making it up to burst some bubbles as he puts it, but I can't see why anyone would care. He admitted above that he was fabricating things for others benefit.

No, they should hang the traitors first. So get in line behind Banalot.

What to pull the lever on the drop you say Traitors deserve as you are a tool of a foreign country and plainly a traitor to the Republic of Cyprus?

No point in hanging you twice.

Excuse Paphitis, he has a problem in understanding what he reads, but, Filitsa you can begin with "Polemos and Ethnokatharsi" for starters:

I think all Ellinarades should read it, but can they keep an open mind?

For those not afraid to face reality, this is an excellent book, which aims at the academia but it contains very well substantiated articles by academics:
