A Proclamation

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby supporttheunderdog » Sat Mar 26, 2011 7:11 pm

Can somebody kindly provide some translations for those of us who are linguistically challenged?

It all looks so wonderfully bitchy and I really would like to get the feel for what is being said...

Otherwise handbags at 20 paces, gents?

O golos tou pousto-kalamara fori barabano! - queer greek bums hold more

Btw, bemou… i mamma sou ebiennen me tin ELDYK? - Btw, tell me did your mother "go" with ELDYK?

Ma estroumbonnes dous kalamaraes bou eisoun mitsia? - Did you screw greeks when you were young?

All harmless banter, of the more polite sort you'll hear over at any CY dinner party.

 Well done Cobbs. :D

If I wasn't aware of your cockney background, I would think you grew up in a disreputable Nicosian suburb such as Geri or Tseri!

Gawd ... Heaven forbid any association with that very disreputable suburb of Tseri ... (or Geri or Yeri for that matter)...

Undoubtably, the most nondescript "village" have visited, a hard and ugly place with no redeeming features, whose only point of note that stands out are groups of disgruntled and obviously itinerant malcontents and ne'er do-wells, ex-NG reservists hanging around on street corners (gandounia believe they are called) on the look-out for young boys to lure in to their Very Wicked and UnGodly ways.
