Excellent... about time ... any more recipes from others ???
Post on here and will start a new thread with a suitably deviously worded CF POLL.

Bill, no two meals of mine are ever same - I just make them up as I go along - a little bit of this and a little bit of that depening what is in the cupboards at the time!
I will post a favourite chicken dish of ours soon though - I hope you try it out (can always add to/subtract any ingredients to your liking!)

1. choose the kind of bread you like; regular white, whole wheat, brown or even french; also whether thin, thick or medium sliced;
2. using a 'bread' knife slice your bread to fit the toaster... unless, of course, it's already sliced for you in which case u don't need to;
3. carefully put your slices of bread into the bread slots of a toaster;
4. choose the setting depending on ur bread's thickness, and on how brown you want it. if ur unsure, go for too light... u can always add more time if u need;
5. push down the toaster plunger to turn it on (make sure toaster's plugged in, of course - allow three or four minutes for this - u can do a quick crossword while u wait);
6. after it pops up, carefully remove the hot toast from the toaster, careful not to burn ur fingers;
7. place the toast on a plate, with a bit of parsley as garnish... and it's ready to serve.
8. u can spread with something called butter (made from cream) which u can buy from most supermarkets. i quite like something called margarine, which is a similar though lighter spread made from a blend of vegetable oils;
9. slice in half, quarters, or leave whole;
10. serve with a light chianti.
hope u like it.... do let me know how u get on.
