We will not agree to a solution that is not fair just equal and non discriminatory. All Cypriots should have access to all of their properties and all of their country. To move and live freely within their country without restrictions based on their ethnicity,

I agree.

Only they are too stupid to see that. In any case Toilet, erotica or any other prick makes no difference, momma is calling the shots, the others are just puppets.

Personally, I would rather the status quo and wait for better times, than to sign away our country to be lost for ever, JUST to please assholes like VP, Bananiotioglu and others.
Hope that explains it.

Better times are just around the corner. We are living late-1980s-Soviet-Union kind of times guys!

You better believe it.

Guys like Viewpoint are IRRELEVANT. In fact, tCypriots are irrelevant unless they utter something meaningful, fair and unanimous. The problem is they can't even decide who tCypriots are.

We matter! RoC matters!
And buffoons like Viewpoint will realize it when it is too late & their whining won't wash anymore!
.

...Cheers!

50,000 Turkish Cypriots (the number who went on the recent March)
+1 (Viewpoint who stayed at home)
+1 (BurkTurk who missed the plane from Australia)
+1 (Rauf Denktash who stayed at home)

40,000 Turkish soldiers

1 million illegal settlers (according to Burkturk)
or 80,000 (more likely)

2,000 Prostitutes

A few thousand Carpetbaggers and British drug-dealers, fraudsters and armed robbers on the run.

Assorted sheep and goats.

That's it. Have I missed anyone?

...wild donkeys; but do they count, since they are Cypriot?

I think we should leave the wild donkeys out of it. Sheep and goats though need to be included as many are part of the Turkish population either as lovers or occasional partners. It's a sensitive subject but it needs to be addressed.

a fixed census, because Cypriots aren't counted.

...it's not the counting, it's how they'll count (and what they can do with the numbers they count)

Exactly. The occupation authorities can't allow the UN to conduct a legitimate official census because it'll reveal the fact that there are more settlers than T/Cs in the north. Eroglu wants to include the settlers as "TRNC citizens" so as few as possible are shipped back to Turkey come a solution. Of course Eroglu was voted in by the settlers so he has their interests at heart. Moreso, Turkey's who need the settlers to maintain their grip on the north.

BBF is the compromise between taksim and enosis.

Settlers are people and sending them back is compromise.

40,000 down to 650 is a massive compromise......

37% down to 29% and a right to return for GCs is a big compromise.

Seeing you dont want to do any of these and you do not see them as a compromise we can keep them as they are, OK?

a)bbf is a comprimise on the g/c end since it went from a uitary stateto a federal sate

b)settlers are illegal so sending them back since they should have not been in cyrus in the first place is not a comprimise

c)650 troops and unlimited and unchecked intervetion rights of the 2nd largest army in nato 40 miles away again is a ridiculous to suggest as a comprimise

d)and yes 37 - 29% is a comprimise if the land belonged to the t/c and not stolen at gunpoint and forced rapes.

Round and round we go, does no one ever get tired of this?

Treating tc's with respect and as compatriots is not a bad thing nor will it make any difference to the solution. If bananiot wants to demonstrate with halil (seems that they haven't managed to agree on what they're demonstrating against btw, bananiot against eroglu's stupidity and halil against Christofias stalling tactics.) in any case these are the leftist idealists and this is what they do like it or lump it.

If someone is so choked from the injustice of the situation and has convinced himself and a few others that the balance of power is shifting against turkey with a geo political tilt in Cyprus's favour then that's what they do and they're free to think that way.

Some others will play the victim card, the more dead card, the more missing card, the isolation card etc etc......all very reasonable tactics for coping with this situation while everyone's swimming around the Cyprus forum goldfish bowl.

Personally I believe that money can unify anything.

Perhaps, you mean money can almost unify everything or should I complain of your rightist idealism?
