Hello,

we are looking for a flatmate in the two bedroom flat. Flat is recently renovated.

The location: Georgiou Griva Digeni, Limassol.

The room is warm during the winter. Rather big windows allow have a breeze in the room during the summer heat. The room has a bed and a wardrobe.

Rent is 250 per month. Plus common charges 18eur. Electricity and water expenses are shared equally. You will pay 1/3 of them.

Deposit is one month.

We are looking for a serious and calm person who will keep the noise to a minimum. Preferred age is 22-30.

Also, we would appreciate if the person would share some of our interests such as being a teacher or study ACCA.

No smokers please!
