RECOVERED PROPERTIES

We have a number of repossessed properties available for purchase in Cyprus. These vary from apartments to houses with pools. Properties can be purchased for as little as a deposit of only 3000 euro and balance by arrangement.
These are genuine properties and all sales are conducted via our attorney in Cyprus.

The buyer has an opportunity to lay a small deposit only but would need thereafter to make a monthly payment. The house purchase scheme would suit those unable to raise large deposits in this current credit crunch
