Bananiot...My enemy's enemy is my friend. There are times that situations predict the outcome and beggars cannot be choosers. Getting into bed with the Israelis is the lesser of the evils on offer and, when they've served their use, we can then go back and support whoever else. You may say this is two-faced, but every country is like that - the U.S.A. and the British helped and trained the Afghanis to fight the Russians and now they fight them (the Russians must be loving the irony); the U.S.A. and British helped and trained the Iraqis to fight the Iranians and then they fought them (again, the irony).
