Dear Mr Celebrity Chef CBBB I need your assistance please.

What can you recommend (apart from the usual nan bread/pompadoms/Keo etc) to compliment the luscious curry I have just prepared and cooked (by throwing multi ingredients into the pan without a second thought and no scales in sight!)

Grateful thanks - a pint of Keo on me coming your way. :)

It is probably too late now, but I would recommend home made onion bhajees and a very nice onion salad type thing.

I know it is a lot of onions, but they are both great accompaniments.

I will post the recipes later and you can use them next time.

Ignore Deniz. he just does stuff with yoghurt.

Ayran/Airan.and as an accompaniment with other Cypriot delicacies also CACIK/Tsatsikis.

(Also nice with doner kebab as Bursa or Iskender kebab, but these Are Turkish - take-away only)
