The settlers in the north arrived and settled in northern Cyprus after an ‘INVASION’ which is againsts all conventions. You do know that.

We have agreed that some settlers will go back but the same criteria has to be applied to all citizens after 1974 as we did not agree to the those granted by you nor you agree to those granted by us, now do you understand?

No mate you got it wrong... The law is quite clear... the Government of The Republic ... and you signed up to the Treaty of Establishment, is the sole legal authority on the whole island.

The Republic, and the Republic alone, has the authority to grant citizenships.

Bill,you can be a reasonable man...Put on your reasonable hat...The Republic the TCs signed up do not exist...The present RoC is the GC version of the original republic,having bullied and intimidated the TC community to withdraw...Just because a robbery has been overlooked by the rest of the world does not make that robbery legal...The victims of your robbery have every moral right to establish their own order,till you come to your senses and agree to a just solution...If you don't, well,soon the world will not give a damn about the tiny pimple on her arse which is the RoC...
