How would the GCs in general act towards the TCs if they did agree on a settlement based on True Democracy, Human Rights, International Law and the EU Principles. What can/should the TCs expect from the GCs to be made to feel True Cypriot and that they belong in Cyprus as equal citizens along with every other Cypriot citizens, despite all that has happened between the GCs and the TCs since 1960.?

Whenever I meet a tCypriot I feel closer in my thinking to her/him, with the political problem always being the lone exception in most cases. They tell me the same, and we always agree that Cypriot thinking is different than Greek/Turkish thinking on most matters. Perhaps we have the British to thank for that.

As I come from the gCypriot right, I feel justified in estimating that over 65% of gCypriots, at minimum, would respond positively, with the remaining simply being apprehensive and wanting to see more concrete steps from tCypriots before accepting the sincerity on the part of tCypriots.

Dunno how these GCs (whoever they are ) would react, but perhaps Pres X should react by pressing the EU to make up the budget difference in some kind of transition period if the CYs Living Under The Turkish Occupation tell Turkey to piss off.

So you are fine with TCs capitulating to our demands allowing GC dominance and forcing TCs into minority status in a GC state.

At the end of the day tCypriots should have the same rights, not a single right more, than Turkey is willing to afford its Kurds. And they should be happy!

A tCypriot banner said the other day (during the 2/3/2011 protests): "We are tCypriots; who the hell are you Mr Erdogan?" A good banner indeed.

Another, one might suggest perfect banner, should read:
"WHO THE HELL ARE WE to ask for 50-50 power sharing in Cyprus? Just who the bloody hell do we think we are?"

The answer of course is simple: tCypriots are an immature ethnic minority with no concept of fairness or democracy, trying anxiously and desperately to hold on to the illogical super rights Turkey secured for them first in 1960 and again in 1974, while trying to advance its 1900s "strategy" that views Cyprus as USA's Cuba.

tCypriots are also ungrateful since they enjoy these super illogical rights because of Turkey's Turks and they spit them in the face (not that we should disagree). Just as you have been spitting in gCypriots' faces with your self-righteousness on the "Allah-given" "equality" between an 82% majority and an 18% (today 10%) ethnic minority.

Are you a Turk? 1974 was not about choice. 1974 was a crime that led to the illegal reality you live in, a reality that is fast coming to an end. Lapithos, Keryneia, Morphou are gCypriot towns and they will soon be back in gCypriot hands.

At the end of the day tCypriots should have the same rights, not a single right more or less, than Turkey is willing to afford its Kurds. This is the justice that Kurds, gCypriots, the USA and the EU will make sure prevails.

Stop going on about the Kurds they can fight their own battles, I have nothing to do with them.

I am a Turkish Cypriot and our choice was enacted in 1974 when Turkey arrived we choose them over you, when will you understand that. We do the same today be staying in the TRNC and choosing to side with Turkey against what you are offering minority rights in a Gc state. I think you are referring to Girne Lapta and Guzelyurt which will always be ours as Larnaca Baf and Limasol will be yours. No solution no share.
