the biggest flag indeed but would it be appropriate to also refer to it as the biggest and ugliest piece of graffiti in the world ?
Very third worldish would you not agree ?
Its a matter of opinion and for us its something to be proud of a reflection of our survival.
A definition of a flag:
"a piece of cloth, varying in size, shape, color, and design, usually attached at one edge to a staff or cord, and used as the symbol of a nation, state, or organization"
Anyone who love their flag, does not let it touch the ground. That is the ultimate disrespect any citizen can do, to allow their flag to be put on the ground where it can be stepped on and animals defecating on it as you have done in the north. Only those with corrupted morals can take pleasure painting their flag on the ground to be abused.
Aside from the above explanation, the painting on the mountain in the form of graffiti does not meet the definition of a flag, in which case it is not the largest flag in the world, but the largest eyesore in the world meant to make those with inferiority complexes to feel good about themselves. It does nothing in the real world, but only in their little minds.
