I hate to agree with VP but you can see it as you approach Larnaca airport at night, it's quite distant and not very clear. Unless you know it is there you would miss it. I doubt many tourists would notice it as they come into land.

One of the obligations that the Presidency has is setting the agenda for it's term.

First thing on the agenda will be Turkeys candidacy and I for one will be looking forward to Erdogan and davutoglu arriving in larnaca and holding private talks with the Presidency at the palace.

We will have to lead the talks off course on whether turkey' progress has been satisfactory.
