what about if im a g/c that has a house and 5 acres in lapithos,if i choose not to return and get compensated for the house what about my 5 acres?if i do decide to return what political rights wuill i have in the northern state?

So if that happens what will happened to the ROC passports issued to tcs they will give them back and declare ROC and your "side" will not be in EU.

If your 5 donums have not been built on developed then you can have them back to build your house or just keep, the tc that now owns the five donums will be compensated or given back his five donums in the south (that he originally owned)

No you will alwYs have rights in the north, I am talking about gcs that come after the initial 70,000 or so, and tcs that move south as well after the restructure same system for both ethnicity
