If you return you have full rights. Those from the south that who at later date want to move to the north can but their votes will be cast and be counted in the

South and visa versa with tcs in the south state. This will be done for adefined period of time then a vote taken to see if if both sides want to stop this practice and allow cross voting.

So if that happens what will happened to the ROC passports issued to tcs they will give them back and declare ROC and your "side" will not be in EU. :?:

If your 5 donums have not been built on developed then you can have them back to build your house or just keep, the tc that now owns the five donums will be compensated or given back his five donums in the south (that he originally owned)

You can always apply for TRNC citizenship.

No you will alwYs have rights in the north, I am talking about gcs that come after the initial 70,000 or so, and tcs that move south as well after the restructure same system for both ethnicity
