grow up, will u? where were the tc mass demonstrations when abandoned cypriot property was being sold to gullible foreigners for a fast buck? when the war crime of thousands upon thousands of settlers were imported? when the mountain was covered in graffitti? then lit up at night? when all the statues of ataturk went up? and mosques? when saint andreas's monastery was allowed to crumbles? when churches were converted to stables? when christian graveyards were desecrated? when cypriot historic and religious artefacts were sold on the black market? when elderly churchgoers were prevented from celebrating christmas? etc. etc. etc.

but when their own pockets are affected, suddenly, the tcs protest. and they expect anyone else in the world to care.

So what DTA said is true!!!. You dont care and why the hypocrisy. Crocodile tears perhaps?

stop being so melodramatic. i only care in so far as it suits my interests. u've been around long enough to have figured out how the world works, deniz.

if the majority of Gcs and Tcs feel like you then Cyprus will remain divided.

without a threat to their incomes, most tcs would not be demonstrating...they wish to rule themselves, receive good wages, continue with political favouritism in employment if their party is in power, take money from turkey, have turkish soldiers remain on the island, and if possible reach a solution to the cyprus problem...turkey, being what it is, will never allow tcs to govern themselves and simply provide diminishing money and perceived propaganda security just so she can have a foothold on the island...

There is no sulking here brother. I like to think that we as humans and cypriots both TC and GC can both compromise for acceptable solution for both sides without maximalist demands which has lead us nowhere since 63.

if not perhaps the teaching of dede Korkut (some say he inspired homer- I dont even know if it was even of the same time period) are right.
