I thought you did a reasonable job, and your food looked delicious but presentation could've been a little better.

Between you and I, Cypriots are not very good with their cuisine. They like it too bland and plain, and generally, I find that they are not into their spices. My favourite foods seem to be anything Thai, Indian, Mongolian, Morrocan, and seafood, Aussie style cook ups and barbies. With anything, it is all about the the marinades, sauces, herbs, spices, I like garlic (Greek skordallia) the dips etc etc

To be honest, I would give you an eight. Your co contestants gave you low scores because generally, I don't think Cypriots have good tastes in food, as their cooking is generally very lack lustre and on the bland end of the scale which is why they kept complaining about the peppers and spices.

On the whole, you dishes were OK, Cypriots should stick to their fassolades with no spice which taste like eating paper.

Cypriot women infuriate me, because they know nothing about good food but when it comes to bland crap, then they are Master Chefs.

I do all the cooking when I'm at home.

I usually make 2 dishes, otherwise my wife won't speak to me when I go on one of my Eastern (Than or Indian) cook fests!!!
