Help re WiFi internet radio please!

After making enquiries, I ascertained that the problem re connectivity related to the router originally supplied to me by CYTA. Once I had contacted them to explain the situation, they exchanged my previous router for one which was compatible with wireless use, free of charge. I’m now having hours of fun with my new internet radio! Many thanks to everyone who replied to my initial enquiry.

Have you set-up wireless security? Cyta will not usually do this for you.
