The Tsimpedes Law Firm will be in London tomorrow for a seminar on the Class Action against the Criminal Conspiracy of "trnc" and the HSBC in the USA Courts, organised by Lobby For CY.

Date: 28 February 2011 at 7.30pm
Venue: Greek Cypriot Brotherhood Centre, Britannia Road, North Finchley, London N12 9RU


Mr Tsimpedes will present new evidence and other latest developments to the case.

Had a meetiing with Mr Tsimpedes, very bright young lawyer. Will try and scan some of the materials he gave me and post them.

'300' had joined the lawsuit by 23 march....



decision on jurisdiction imminent... this month, according to tsimpedes.

Wow!
This is sure going to be a WIN much more costly and embarassing for Turkey than the ECHR cases so far.
May end up Turkey paying a minimum of 50 million compensastion.

The bottom line of course is that the "trnc" will not be able to continue under the cover of a commercial agency. In fact it will not be able to continue at all.
