Okka = okkas

Literally, four okkas into five tambours.

I know what you mean, but Taht = under. It means 'under the castle'. Like the old word for Denizaltı = submarine was 'taht el-bahr'. Bahr / bahriyeli as you know means deniz/sea and sailor.
