Max out the victimhood
Blame others
Very Argumentative
Never, ever concede they may be wrong about anything
Debate degenerates in to swapping insults using a very rich and shared vocab
Obsession with food

it's just a silly expression for get lost/take a hike.... ie. do something more useful with your time.

ame mavroierefke ...

could also be a shortened version of...

ame mavroshilloierefke

go find a black dog, ie. get lost/go take a hike...

'maskara' is hardly a turkish expression.

as for 'faoussa;... that's short for 'fkalle fauoussa' - which means 'may you grow a carbuncle' (boil) - it means shut up.
