Ah no, he preached a particular version of Judaism that was later hijacked by some bloke called Saul, who stripped out many of the Jewish Elements, such as circumcision (which is why Christians can be complete Pricks but proper followers of the Jewish Faith never can be) and the food laws, many of which have some medical sense.
The split between Judaism and early Christianity probably did not start properly until 50AD or so, when Saul began to advocate abandonment of some elements of the Jewish faith and when many Jews became disillusioned due to the non arrival of the Kingdom of heaven but the complete split took at least another 100 years.
