Your frame may be OK but most filling in between that I saw in Cyprus is crap, brickwork not properly tied in to the frame. We don't have earthquakes in UK so building methods are different, our houses are built with warm bricks not cold concrete. My previous house was 300 years old, how long will yours last?
BTW, how much insulation in your solid walls. How much do you bung your building inspector if he's not your cousin?
