What has the the Roc done/doing in the past or in the present to make the TCs feel like cypriots - aside what it is legally obligated to do as part of the Eu - ie health care, passports etc?

I have a passport too I am not allowed for health care i must pay .
I dont need ROC to feel cypriot DTA . why should i feel anything else i was born here I will die here . just thing of it

Well in the past they did not force or at the very least turn a blind eye when your ethnicity was forced in to enclaves did they?

They do today fight for your legal rights to return to your property (assuming you are a refugee- although in fairness i feel this is at least to a degree political and the GC refugees have suffered because of this)-
But for the Tcs they do not what to return their property which is in their control even if they left pre 74

The RoC owes you nothing. For as long as you are the illegal occupying regime, the only thing you are entitled to is a bullet.
Seems you always remember the RoC when you need feeding but reject her at all other times.

(2)And if the TCs are calling upon the RoC to take measures so that they will feel "Cypriot", does that tell us that they're not? So are you asking the RoC to try and manufacture something that isn't?

good questions

1) most tcs feel (and here i am not debating if this is true or not) that the Roc was responsible for the way that they were treated between 63-74 not just Eoka B (and there are facts to back this up like the Akritas plan etc - but like I said here I am not debating this)

2) The reason why I Like you GR is that you are cypriot unquestionably so and defend this as hard against greeks as you do Turkish or Turkish cypriots - and although you abuse TCs and Turkish which I don't like, the fact that you do the same to greeks make me feel that you are doing it out of a love for cyprus and there is a fairness to that.

However since 74 - the beginning of the end for enosis (in the most part anyway) Gcs, like yourself have had the opportunity to build on a cypriot identity but the TCs have been excluded from this and our sphere of influence on this ongoing evolution of an identity has also been excluded.

Also speaking to my Gc friends in london (and correct me if I am wrong) the Gc dialect has changed to conform more to the Greek mainland dialect, greek flags still fly in the south, anti Tc sentiment is rife with the rise of far right groups and Tcs rights are still not fully given in the ROC (property rights)

So this and the history of Tcs and Gcs has meant that TCs feel that the ROC does not feel they are Cypriot therefore it is hard for us to do so completely.

VP I suggest you read the paper and see exactly what your fascist leader has said. He has aligned himself openly and clearly with Turkey, to this end if you love Turkey so much FO to use your term. Actually Eroglu needs to FO to Turkey and the fascists that support him.

You claim that you have Turkish heritage, we have Greek heritage. No one is denying your Turkish heritage and no one is denying your religious beliefs. However a large portion of us identify as Cypriot you find the term Cypriot disgusting. Yur leader and representative has clearly said he is a Turk like them and wants to be treated like one. Well newsflash for you mate. We don't want illegal occupation or the occupiers so FO> People who respect Cyprus are proud of the fact and proud of the island they don't want to gift it either Greece or Turkey. We have a national identity of our own and that is CYPRIOT.
