This is what the municipality are planning from the plans I have seen which have measurements on them.
Width of the road is (6.6 meters) on the left side and (6.6 meters) on the right side with a central reservation (2 meters) and pavement (2.5 meters) on each side 2 pavements = (5 meters)
So
Total area = 20.2 meters width
Also in some areas the central reservation is much wider, mainly at junctions.
You will not be allowed to park outside the front of the businesses.
So this is why the businesses are not happy with the municipality.
All the business owners agree the area needs to be improved and made tidy. But not the plan the municipality has at the moment.
The whole project needs to be rethought.
