you need to be specific. There are no useless questions as you are being very vague at the moment and I am not the only person who is uncertain about the point you are trying to make.

But let’s be very clear about a few facts. Israel and Cyprus have agreed to delineate their EEZ. Noble Energy has been granted exploration and drilling rights within both the Israeli and Cypriot EEZ. Noble Energy, Israel and Cyprus are very eager to commence drilling this year.

Whether the reservoir is one or not, is irrelevant.

I find this difficult to comprehend Daniella, but I won't insist because I am not aware of all the facts.

My brother in law works for an Australian Oil and Gas company, and this particular (Global) company spends many millions in exploration. Sometimes they find some Oil and Gas, assess the viability and find that the amount is not commercially viable. But the intention is to obviously find vast commercially viable deposits and commence drilling and pumping at the earliest opportunity.

I can't see how Noble would simply explore in the Cypriot EEZ, costing them lots of money, without the necessary approvals of extracting viable deposits. That doesn't make sense, but I won't insist because I am not aware of the agreement between RoC and Noble. Maybe Cyprus might be paying Noble to explore on their behalf. I don't know.
