exactley whose definition of political equality?

in a federal model or in a turkish federal model,big difference.


as in equality of the 2 states.

if you want equality of two states then the people who will reurn to the north will vote in the elections in the north.then you will have political equality

great so if the north state is 29% and there are 180,000 refugees minus the 100,000 that wil return under southern state you will have 80,000 eligble g/c voters in the state.

Done deal, people should be allowed to settle in the state of their choice and for for a first past the post system

Everyone should be allowed to settle in which ever state they wish but the voting should be island wide to find the MPs with most votes from each state.

So let me get this straight then government in each State is a mixed government? and that is why anyone eligible in the State can vote and as such stand as Premier right?
