I am searching for a double bowl Belfast sink, can anyone recommend a decent shop/store in Nicosia?

Simple look behind one of the developer sites, plenty of them

Find out who manufactures them and send them an email asking who their local agents are. Done it a few times and always managed to find what I was looking for.

there are probably quite a few shops in Nicosia - look for a keramica - i.e. a tile shop or a specialist batthroom shop - in my experience they tend to have sinks rather than than the DIY shops, which still tend to be more like the old fashioned British Iron Mongers, selling mostly tools and fixings, and where the DIY "super stores" do not seem to touch this sort of product.
