Take one slice of bread, place in toaster until lightly brown, then remove.

Take one can of baked beans and open tin. put into dish and warm up in microwave.

Place toast on plate, pour beans on top and hey presto you have made tea. Now you could also add some grated cheese to the top of the beans.

Good luck, next recipe tomorrow.

Alternatively, just go down to your local chippie.

Get hold of some boneless chicken breast or thighs. Put some olive oil in a baking pan throw in the chicken roll it around in the oil. Add a box/can of tomato sauce, some fresh garlic, chopped onion and bake on 200 for about half an hour. Just before you take it out put some cheese (edam or whatever) on top. Serve with pasta. Mmmmmm good cheap and easy.

P.s i see nothing wrong with peans on toast specially if you butter it 1st yum yum (for breakfast wv sausages and fried eggs) or if you just hungry during the day and lazy to fix up any thing decent til dinner time.

Try this, but it seems you have everything to hand now with the above dish...
