A bit of hypocrisy here from Erdogan that may sour relations between Cairo and Ankara if Mubarak's man, Mr Suleiman, is able to stay in power.

Yes for democracy and how its important to hear the will of the people in Cario but if Turkish Cypriots protest...Erdogan greets that with threats and calls to prosecute TCs who have displayed "anti-Turkey" slogans. Ridiculous. Erdogan talks about democracy and yet his Parliament isn't even a true representative of its people because of that silly 10 percent election threshold law.

I think Turkey is being told that she needs to become a regional player and a European ambassador to the east not a hooligan in the Mediterenian.
