So I'm down the local grocery store and notice the cucumbers are now 5 Euros a kilo. I think they were just over a Euro last week. WTF??? Is there a shortage of cucumbers?

I've been a tourist for over 20 years now. The old Lounzta/Haloumi sandwich's just not the same without a bit of Angouri. I thought maybe the ladies on the forum might have an explanation. :shock:

Tell them you have lived in cyprus for 137 years, they will believe you are local and get the cheaper rate :wink:

Probably because they were imported from Italy......Designer Angouris. Go figure.

made in China ... witch remind me of Idiot aborad... even the tiolet rolls made in China yet you cant find any of them in China !!!
