IMAP and Gmail are only good for email but what about files?
Dropbox. Works on all platforms including iOs and Android and 2GB is free. Do you know of anything better?

100 per year for an exchange account is not too much for people that really need it! so its pretty good for the small business, exchange is not an enterprise solution! I have many clients on Exchange! I could not possibly live without exchange these days!
