Bill

I appreciate the legalities and difficulties associated with the issue at hand. However, we have stuffed up both GC and TC's alike. Therefore for the sake of a settlement which I believe is more important than money and without people loosing the if property. The government in a newly formed Cyprus will have to pay lots of money out.

If a solution is reached no rental payments for the past 35 years will be part of the deal. Market value for property of those people happy to sell out a home in Nicosia because TC family is living in it. Any settlers allowed to stay will have to be accommodate in rental properties all over Cyprus at market value.

Please bear in mind this is a practical approach it by no means represents my belief that each refugee ought to have the right of return, allowed to live freely within Cyprus.

H... I think we're in agreement file, just trying to dot the i's and cross the t's in your proposals and put on them my amateur legal interpretation of the importance of the ECHR ruling of last year.
