it's near mesa gedonia roundabout(3rd one from Nicosia side) under highway in Ayious Athanathiou area closed limassol town certer which is very quiet for living.
all shop and school is around. also there are parks for children as well not far by foot.
there are a lot of parking spaces in another side of street because of huge empty group.
there is sea view for upstair of 3 bedrooms and very large kitchen with aircondition in it so not hot in summer.
no aircondition in living room also master bedroom but there is roof funs with light above not so hot in summer for night when sleeping. but all other bedroom with airconditioning. two wc and one store room.
there is no common fees for building because only 4 flat in up and down so only electricity and water bill also garbage fees need to pay for it.
