On behalf of the owners, a three bed villa with private pool available from 1st Oct to end March 2006.

The villa will sleep 5, has two bathrooms (one en suite).
Open plan lounge dining. Large kitchen plus laundry. Nice quiet location 5 mins from the sea to the East of Limassol in small development of 5 villas. No hills to climb and 200 metres from the village centre.

Tenent rsonsible for own bills. Pool/garden maintenence covered by owners.

I believe they will negotiate around C£600-650 per month.

Hi H,
Wanted to send you a PM but this is disabled at the moment, apparently I have to make a few more posts.

Firstly, apologise for not getting in touch whilst over in Cyprus the week just whizzed by.
However I would like to say that my husband and I are still keen to meet with you, your advice on this board is invaluable.

We have decided to take the plunge and move to Cyprus, possibly late Oct early Nov, however we are going to rent first which we know is a much safer idea!!

Would be interested to receive any information on your friends villa, how spacious is it? What's the nearest village? Questions! Questions!

Have been looking on the net at your sons developments, notice he has some in Ypsonas, we looked at that area and Kolossi whilst over and thought that it was quite a nice area. Great for the girls, near to
Curium(sp) beach.

Whereabouts in Limassol Are you?
