it seems so unjust, where will it end? they said that the 5% on foodstuffs and medicines will not affect the poor so why is it when i bought a bottle of gas before xmas it was 11.80 and now it is 12.70?

who are they trying to kid, it certainly doesnt affect the rich but it sure as hell does affect the poor in more ways then they could ever understand.

all thoughts and comments are welcome............

I paid 13.50 for gas last week in Carrefour - won't be rushing back there - but I've just been to rush everywhere and I'll keep warm!

i got mine last week from the intergaz cabin in carre fourre in dromolaxia and i paid 12.70...........it seems that they charge the 1st number that comes into their head. no wonder so many people are moving on out of the country, it seems that the cost of living is catching up to the uk so they may as well be there....................

Anything's better than turning the ceiling black and filling the house with CO gas using one of those kerosene heaters...

Hiya Dinos

Those kerosene heaters remind me of London in the 70's - we actually had one which caught fire and my poor dad had to come running out of his bath with only a small towel wrapped round his nether regions as my mum and I screamed for the Fire Brigade! Being a Cypriot - he took charge of putting out the flames! :D

My ceiling didnt turn black, the house didnt fill with smoke either.
You are supposed to light them outside and turn it off outside.
You must of bought your from poplife!! my mum got one from there of course for half of the price I paid and hers was smokey, DONT go to poplife to buy crap just to save a few Euros!!
Like I said mine worked a treat with no problems and no smell let alone smoke :)
