Turkish plans to invade Greek islands

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby Nikephoros » Sun Jan 30, 2011 2:34 am

I need a source because AKELists are the most self-righteous, accusing and pompous assholes. So I need something to shut them up and embarrass the small part of them that is not a disgusting party apparatchik.

Nikitas wrote:Turkish newspaper Yeni Safak yesterday had a front page report on plans by Turkish generals to invade Greek islands Oinouses, Leros, Kalolimnos, inorder to bring about the resignation of Erdoghan in 2002.

The sceanrios the paper mentions include the staged destruction of a Turkish air force plane which would give the necesary excuse for the rest, which included attacks against Leros and landings on Kalolimnos and Oinouses.

It seems the Turkish general staff are old hands at staged crises and trickery. The best in NATO by far.

And in 2009 it showed how they would make this annexations... Total waste of effort while Greece is willing to sell all these islands in order to pinch up her sunken economy.

But i doubt that act brings Erdogan down, Seems like our dear filty taxsucker generals also agreed on the fact that he already won!!!

"Total waste of effort while Greece is willing to sell all these islands "

Really? Where did this piece of priceless info come from?

As for the heroics in the film the Turks were planning to invade Oinouses, Leros, Agathonis, all unarmed islands. If hey need this much firepower for unarmed civilians no wonder they waste so much money.

You are incapable of understandin English. Go back and read that Guardian pile of crap again.

It mentions that there MIGHT be sales of some govrnment land on Mykonos and Rhodos, hardly the same as selling islands. Then it has an interview with a DEVELOPER of private islands, ie rocks measuring a few acres each, who runs a website selling these rocks. Again, hardly the same as selling islands.

Further down it mentions that of the 6000 islands only 227 are inhbaited, and for good reason too, because rhe rest are uninhabitable due to lack of water or lack of even ground. If you spend a few days on such an island, as I have, you would know there is no chance of any sale.

That aside, the constitution forbids the divestiture of public proptety unless some very stringent procedures are followed. No investor would go thrhough that to end up with an expensive useless rock.
