Unfortunately, there is no plain sailing Deniz! I am almost at breaking point. Doing too many things and had a few battles on the way and nearly ended up in court. Don't have much forum time which is why I don't post much.
Basically Deniz, I am supervising a big project which is almost complete now. Renos been going on for just over a year now, and gone overbudget as well. Lost my temper at a tradesman which is very unlike me. I am very hands on as well. Had lots of experience.
Also flying around quite a lot. 500 hours last year, but this year it will be 1,100 hours flight time which is maximum. Fatigue scores are volatile for everyone. We are short staffed and have another Pilot's course starting in February with 8 new recruits. With everything going on at home, have tried to go on leave but was declined 3 times. No chance of leave until these 8 new guys are checked to line in April/May. I will be heavily involved in their Ground School. Probably do some Line Training as well. Going to get thrashed so I won't be on CF much at all. But even with these new guys on line, we will still be understaffed. People flying all over the country just to fill the gaps. Lots of money being spent....
And to top it all, you may be aware of my changed family circumstances. This is going really well, but also hard work...
No plain sailing unfortunately Deniz... But we are nearly there.
So I will pop in and out when possible, and might go silent for long periods of time every now and then until things settle down.
