They are lamenting about the ORIGINAL meaning of the flag of the Cyprus Republic.

You GCs messed up big time when you had the chance to build a Cypriot nation, if Im paying the price with isolation then you are paying by losing 37% of this island. Even with all the disadvantages we have in the TRNC it is much much preferred to anything the GCs have to offer.

You increasingly sound like a rapist who is blaming his victim for provoking him.

Thats where you are wrong and the symptom you are clearly showing is the manifestation and denial of your own rapist actions onto others.....im starting to find your inability to understand that you are also to blame rather bland and a reflection of your own limited intelligence.

It is very sad to think, that when the people in the Arab world are on the streets demanding Democracy and Human Rights from their governments while they are being beaten up and killed, here in Cyprus, the RoC has been trying for the last 2 years with the present unification talks in offering the TCs True Democracy and Human Rights with no avail, because the TCs still demand undemocratic, Human Rights and International law violations to remain in place, in order to reach a settlement. What must the protesting Arabs think of the TCs demands, I can only imagine.!

Can this be really be happening or are we in the "Twilight Zone".??

So its only been 2 years? thanks for revealing the traps they have set us in the past and luckily enough we have avoided. Minority rights in a GC state is not what we want, if this is your version of "democracy" you can stick it where the sun don't shine.

There's only one kind of democracy in the EU and the west. It is not mine, but I'll take it over all the non democratic and Human Rights violations you crave over. Minority/Majority is only for those with a chip on their shoulders. It means absolutely nothing in the real world to the overwhelming majority of the population as long as everyone has equal rights. The easiest way to abolish such majority/minority terms on ethnicity, is to make 3 main political parties, Democrats, Republicans and Independents, or call them what ever you like, makes no difference, and let anyone join which ever political party they want based on their political ideology. Presto, you have done away with all your minority/majority concerns on ethnic level, because now, the majority and the majority are only the political parties and not the citizens. !

But I forgot, you don't want any solution....EVER.!

Republicans and Democrats is kind of a joke really :P But overall I agree with you

If you restrict parties from being created, then you restrict FREEDOM ;) You create a puppet state. Where people are the puppets of the government unless there's 0% corruption which cannot be guaranteed nowhere
