Well, I agree with all but the Fassoulia especially if its giakni! (sorry can't do the gringlish) with a bit of bread & butter makes my mouth water. Actually anything Giakni is the dogs !!!!!!!!
can't stand Trahana yuk
& I absolutly hate Saladina with a vengence ( the smell of it cooking)

what kind of cypriots are you people.......
i wish i had some golokasi with shiro.....and nothing is better then a fassoulada with raw onion and a side of newpaper cooked renga.....my mouth is already watery

Eleni dear ....... how can anyone not like one of the Great CY National Dishes with chunks of halloumi in it, naturally made by on eof the old yiayias in the old villages (not the watery stuff they sell in supermarkets).
