me too... fasolia... gologassi.... (and after a few plate they certainly makes my golo gassy) and drahana are quintissentially cypriot.

my favs....

1. kioftedhes.
2. moujendra (faji).... loads of fried onions.
3. rizin pellafi... and yogurt.... or burkuri... and yogurt
4. fasolia with lemon, maidano and olive oil... and a tuna/onion/breadcrumb/maidano salad and a few juicy black olives and a glass of anglias.
5. bamies (fingering ladies) yiachni...
