Oracle: Yes actually I am a Cypriot. Not Turkish or Greek but Cypriot born and bred. Born in Cyprus of Cypriot parents,grandparents and great grandparents etc etc. Can you say the same or are you a Greek first? What gains are you talking about?

Listen dearie - If you were born in 1956, you were not born and bred Cypriot, but British. If you ain't an RoC citizen, NOW, you ain't Cypriot. Now are you an RoC citizen or not? If you were born "Cypriot" before 1950 or so, then you are Greek. Otherwise you were just called Turkish.

With your half baked ideas everybody born in Cyprus pre 1960 is British If you dont agree and want to "classify" people born in Cyprus as either Greeks or Turks then thats your problem. Not mine.
