Jimmy Light is doing quite well walking the streets of Kensington equipped with a 'Sandwich Board' (courtesy of a local religious ministry).

"THE END OF THE WORLD IS NIGH !" is emblazoned upon it.

Jimmy is a little more optimistic about the future than is his 'Sandwich Board'.

Are you in Cyprus at the moment ?.

I survived the rigours of 'The Quantocks' with some credit, I am currently in the UK for another couple of months or so, have met with Jimmy and many of his friends, fortunately Jimmy is unaware of the ignorance of those members who know little of him.

I do not intend to make him aware of their disparaging remarks, he had a lovely time in Cyprus and thinks highly of the people.

Unfortunately I am also (due to work commitments) in the Black market republic of the United Kingdom.

I was in Cy in December just passed ( where Bro GR decided it would be fun to drink the Englezos under the table)

Hopefully will be back in Cy sometime in Feb as I have a kitchen to fit in the cottage in Troodos.

In the meantime best regards also to you and yours also, and hope we may meet sometime this year.

Actually, it was not you that highjacked O's thread RichardB, one could well accuse ME of that action since, in the midst of a serious discussion, I attempted to introduce a little 'Levity' into the proceedings when I introduced Jimmy and his 'Sandwich-Board'.

The purpose being that I considered it (quite jocularly) an opportune moment to combine the recent controversy about 'The End Of The World' with the awful calamities under discussion.

It was King Konk (he of the 'NO Brain') that actually created the REAL diversion when he openly insulted a man (Jimmy Light) who is not in a position to defend himself.

My sincere apologies to 'O' for having afforded this inane creature the opportunity to lower the standards of an intelligent discussion.
