Late afternoon today I visited a well known Restaurant in the West End, known for its exquisite beluga caviar !!
I had to survey an extract system and give a quote. While I was there the head waiter asked me if I knew anything about Ice Machines, well of course I do I replied. Can you check this one he asked, its not working.
I looked at the back of the unit where the socket is and lightly ...pushed the plug IN !!
Wonderful the H/W said, what do I owe you. Knowing that they stock some of the finest clarets in London, I said, well mate, any Pauillac would do me fine , thanks.
Drinking now one of the finest French clarets, a Chateau Lynch Bages, 2002 !!!
Hope he doesn't get the ...bullet !!
