I think the cut-off age for indoctrination is 7 years old. So it was too late for you.

Hubby likes the Greek one but not the Cypriot one, if that helps. It's less tart (less fermented) and more like porridge.

...the secret of a good drachana is the yogurt used. good and tart is what i like, good for your guts.

I like the sour one too, but it needs a lot of halloumi chopped up so that the salt 'neutralises' the acidity a little. I've just looked it up and the Greek ones (different islands) are made with either milk, yogurt or sour buttermilk to achieve different levels of acidity from the bacterial fermentation. I guess we just use sour milk in Cyprus.

That's why persons of non-Cypriot background should not receive the Cypriot citizenship. :wink:
